Demo terms

Guest Desk demonstrates Ariel Magalso’s AI engineering work. It is a fictional hotel support environment for evaluation, not a reservation service or a source of real hotel commitments.

Try the workflow

You may test guest questions, staff replies, service requests and supported workspace settings. A demo expires after three hours and usage limits apply. Availability and AI answers are not guaranteed. AI can make mistakes even when its answers are checked.

Keep it to test information

Use fictional information. Do not submit credentials, confidential documents, payment details or someone else’s personal information. Do not attempt to access another visitor’s workspace, evade limits or disrupt the service.

No real bookings or services

A demo request does not book a room, arrange transport, approve a refund or contact a real hotel. There is no booking-system integration. Staff decisions in the demo are simulated operational actions, not real-world approvals.

Data and commercial use

Read the privacy note for storage, provider processing and cleanup details. A real-property pilot requires a separate discussion about policies, access, retention, support and integration requirements.
